Pick-up 4:30pm to 6:00pm
*Note: Child MUST arrive no later than 8:00am to be served breakfast. Children arriving after 8:00am cannot be served.

Fee and Eligibility
Child does NOT have to be a member enrolled in our School's Out before-and-after-school program to attend a School's Out at Day Camp event.
$40.00 per child, School's Out Registered Participants received by deadline
$50.00 per child, School's Out Registered Participants received after deadline
$50.00 per child, School's Out NON-Members received by deadline

Registering
Prior to a child attending our School's Out at Camp program, completed Registration and Health Forms (along with payment) need to be submitted to the YMCA Camp Ockanickon office by the registration deadline date. Registration for School's Out at Camp must be submitted TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the School's Out at Camp event. Registrations received after the deadline will be charged the Drop-In rate of $50 per child. After downloading and completing your Health and Registration Forms, you may mail or fax your forms with payment to:

Meals
Nutritious and delicious breakfast, lunch and snack are provided. To be served breakfast, participants must arrive no later than 8:00am.

Dropping Off Your Child
Drop-off and sign in is held at the Camp Ockanickon Dining Hall between the hours of 7:00am to 9:00am.

Policies
School's Out at Camp registration fees are non-refundable. Registration for School's Out at Camp must be submitted TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the scheduled day(s). All registrations received after the deadline will be charged at the Drop-In rate of $50.00. Should there be insufficient enrollment, or an emergency, Camp reserves the right to postpone any School's Out at Camp program offering.
