YMCA Camp Ockanickon, Inc. does extensive background checks not just reference checks to ensure the safety and quality of our programs. Please be aware that employement is based upon successful completion of both checks.

The YMCA Camp Ockanickon, Inc. staff is a team of dedicated individuals who help build strong kids, strong families and strong communities. Each department is made of unique, caring people who are trained to provide a quality experience for all of our participants. 

Potential employees are required to:

1. Fill out a current application. We are required to have a current application on
   each new employee.
2. Provide camp with three references that can speak about your character –
   provide one reference from a family member and two from non-relatives.
3. Sign reference forms, check the department that they are to go to and give them
   to your references to be filled out. They are to mail them directly to Camp. 
   We cannot offer employment without all three references in our possession.

4. Include copies of any current certifications you possess. Bring originals upon
