Are you ready for a real ADVENTURE into the wild? The Ranger Program revolves around a weeklong backpacking and canoeing trip on the Appalachian Trail and the Delaware River in northwestern New Jersey. The Ranger Program is an excellent opportunity for teenagers to experience living without all of the amenities of civilization, gain an appreciation for our natural world, and find out what they can accomplish as a team and as individuals!
Two experienced staff members who are certified in lifeguarding and wilderness first aid lead the Ranger trips.

- Two Week Program for Girls ages 14 - 16.
- Backpacking 32 miles on the Appalachian Trail.
- Canoeing 42 miles on the Delaware River.
- Sleeping in tents.
- Learning outdoor cooking and camping skills.
- Requires a moderate level of physical fitness.
- Most strenuous days
- 12 miles of hiking over mountains carrying a full backpack weighing approximately 25 - 30 lbs.
- Canoeing 20 miles down river with gear.
