Ockanickon for Boys
Director: Brent Birchler, ext. 1524
The activities are indeed traditional for our sleepaway camp in the Pines with opportunities for the very active including all types of sports, aquatic activities and archery. The pinnacle active experience for each boy is the high and low challenge course where teamwork and cooperation result in achievement far beyond each boy's expectations. But it doesn't end there - we also offer a variety of creative arts options, outdoor living skills and Earth Education! Boys will also find ample opportunity to develop friendships and benefit from adult male leadership in the cabin, at meals and in the "Thought for the Day." Bunk situations have no more than seven boys with one or two counselors. The boys will have the opportunity three times a week to join the girls of their age in activities.
